PHPrunner 5.3 manual

Hello everyone,

I have bought PHPrunner 6.0, but for some reasons I'm still using PHPrunner 5.3.

I forgot to download the pdf version of its manual.
Now I can't find it anywhere... is there anyone who knows where to get it?
