I have 4 tables in my database and currently I export each table separately, effectively taking a full backup ( I hope )

I was wondering if it is possible to export all 4 four with one single button, either in 1 or in 4 XML files.

Thank you Cristian. This works nicely, but I was wondering if it is possible to take advantage of the Phprunner built-in Export functionality, which allows for many different export formats and also you download the files locally right away. So it would be like a single button that exports all.
