Hi.
I am sure I missed something here.
I have a table with data for persons. Each row belongs to one person and they have their own user/pwd combination. I set the privacy to Users can see other users data; can edit their own data only in advance settings.
When I login into a user account, I can see that record and modify it but I am not able to see the rest of the records. I have an advanced search as well and no record (but "mine") is ever displayed.
Any idea about how to do this?

Which record? What do you mean for "the rest of the records"? Please, make an example.

Sorry to answer until now. I never get an email of any answer and I was out of town.
Now I checked this and is working. I don't know what happened but the other day I only could see one record instead of all of them.
