Custom List Page

Hello Good Morning.
I'm currently evaluating ASPRunner Professional 7.0 and planning to buy a license of it.
Regarding with its page redirect function is it possible to change its query upon loading.
On the Add page after saving the record im planning to redirect it to the list page which only contains information regarding to the record that I have save.
Another thing, on the Look up wizard I know that it has the list page with search function.
Would it be possible to costumize that list page to display the data which has a connection to the one that I have input in look up and allow to edit the data that it will display.
