multi-vendor shopping cart

do you think it is possible to build multivendor shopping cart based on this template?
my basic requirement:

• vendors post their own products to sell
  
• vendors use their own paypal a/c to receive payment directly
  
• vendors could manage their own stock inventory
  
• buyer could only add products from same vendor into the cart and proceed checkout
  
• buyer could view their purchase history
  
• no need to share commission with anyone such as super shopowner for any sale.
  pls advise.
