I have been using a manual machinekey in framework 2.0 on the server. Recently our server has been shifted to a new server and after installing framework 2.0 on the new server and importing the same machinekey from old to new server the encrypted data of old server is giving error "Cannot Validate Data".
In the old server the length of the encrypted data is 250 char but in new server it is encrypting within 500 char. Please any one know the reason behind it and how cannnot i decrypt the old server data on new server..
