upgrading to ASPRunner Professional 7.1

Hi, I am Massimo Benelli. I am thinking of upgrading to ASPRunner Professional 7.1.

In addition to the updates already planned for the new version, I would like to suggest a couple of more things:

1. editor style- font: change the font to all caps and vice-versa; first letter in caps
   
2. editor style-body colored bars: add a scrollbar
   
3. editor style-mouse cursor: add the attribute "cursor" to customize the mouse cursor
