Changing colors in a theme

Hi.
I am modifying a theme but I cannot find any place to change the blue colors in this image.
Anyone can help me?

Right now you cannot do this. We'll add this option in PHPRunner 6.1.

Ok, too bad. Questions:

  1. ETA for 6.1?
  2. Is there a way to change this in other way? css maybe? The colors I need a in red and that blue is kind of shocking for this project.

BUMP...
I tried a green default theme and the tabs are in blue. I need some info about how to change this colors.
