Insufficient Key column

I am getting this error message with the 3.2 that I did not get with earlier versions.
Error Type:

Microsoft Cursor Engine (0x80004005)

Insufficient key column information for updating or refreshing.

This error means some problem key column value.
Please zip and send your files and database to support@xlinesoft.com. Also I need to know what record needs to be edited in order to reproduce this error.

Will do. You can edit any of these files and you will get the error. But, specifically I am trying to change the merit increase %.
