Project file corrupted |

i was working on the project and suddenly i got a message. out of memory.. then i tried to save it, it kept saying out of memory then i try it to close it, it asked if i wanted to save changes i said yes. now that i try to open it.. it says project file corrupted! i have been working on this project for 6 weeks! i hope there is a way to recover this. i have about 45 tables i cant afford starting again this project is due tomorrow i was almost done. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=18498&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> |

This happenend to me once in asp . It was long ago so maybe I can help . One obvious you didn't copy this project on occassion to another name . I would do that at times with big projects. 2. Try bringing up the project in an older version but don't save it and just see where the problem might be ; that has helped me in the past. 3. Reboot not restore entire system windows 7 and then try file again . 4. RUn project as administrator (right click on php/asp icon click run as admin ) and see if it comes up. 5 . REboot and open project ; sometimes says retore from earlier version ( depends on what version you are running ) . Lastly reboot system restore to earlier date keeping files and system settnigs. This may not help but last hurrah. Bottom line still copy this corruped file to a new file and folder and see if that works . Goood luck . Happenend to me once or twice ; why not sure . I had over 1500 files involved with mine . maybe has something to do with it. good luck. |
