Is it possible to get the latest version of CKEditor (CKEditor 3.6.2, released on 13 September 2011) to work with PHPRunner 5.2 (Build 4168)? If not, what version of CKEditor or FCKeditor will work with the build of Runner 5.2 that I am using? I have tried both CKEditor 3.6.2 and FCKeditor_2.6.6 and I'm having problems.
CKEditor 3.6.2 won't work at all since my project is looking for files named FCKeditor.

FCKeditor_2.6.6 will show the editor in the text area, but I cannot add or change the text in the text box.
I am running this project locally using XAMPP.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Jeff

You won't be able to use CKEditor with PHPRunner 5.2. FCKEditor should be working fine though.
If you have a valid support contract post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.

I do not have a valid support contract at this point, but I still would like to fix this issue.

The actual problem is that the field that is trying to use the FCKeditor does not allow any entry into it. The FCKeditor is showing in the text area and I can click on the minimize/maximize arrow with success, but the cursor does not show in the text area.
Another weird thing is that after I click on one of the editor buttons that triggers another window to open, the entire screen is greyed out. Even after closing the pop-up window, the screen is still greyed out and the only way to interact again with ANY of the fields is to reload the page.
I was able to get the standard "simple" RTE to work in the text area, but would like the features of FCKeditor for this project.
Thanks
Jeff

Looks like some incompatibility issue. I can suggest two options here:

  1. Grab the latest version of PHPRunner that is compatible with CKEditor.
  2. Or renew support and send all your project files to support
