Upgraded from 6.1 to 6.3 now I have file upload issues

I have purchased the latest version of ASPRunner a few weeks back. I upgraded my existing site from 6.1 to 6.3 latest build. When I did the upgrade the ability to upload files stopped. On the IIS server I get this error message."|2409|800a0bbc|Write_to_file_failed.". Now if I upload the 6.1 version of my website I get no errors and the File upload aspect works fine. I have check the setting and they are the same for both version. I am at a loss..

you have contacted support with this issue a while ago and didn't follow up. We still need more info from you.

I have replied. I have outlined the steps to reproduce the issue in my ticket. This issue would have been corrected weeks ago if someone from support would pick up the phone an call. Since that is not going to happen, this issue will drag on for a few more months.

There were no response. Logon to http://xlinesoft.com/dss/support.asp and provide info in the latest ticket.
