 Explanation of tmp folder in Project folder

Is there documentation on how the tmp folder is used in the project folder? Can it ever be cleared out? If I have a static html page that I want output to the web directory, does it go into the tmp folder? Thanks!

PHPRunner stores temporary copies of project file and visual templates in this folder. The best idea is to allow PHPRunner manage files there.
If you want to add your own file add it to 'source' directory. More info: http://xlinesoft.com/phprunner/docs/how_to_add_external_files.htm
