ASPRunner 7 not resizing thumbnails

I am using ASPRunner 7 Build 9334
I have the editor set to upload files and create thumbnails automatically with the max width or height set to 100 pixels.
I am uploading images that are 540 wide x 400 high.
It DOES create the thumbnails with the "th" prefix as it should - however, they are the original size. They are not resized down to 100 pixel max.

Please make sure ASPJpeg component is installed on the server. More info at http://xlinesoft.com/asprunnerpro/docs/_edit_as__settings.htm under File/Image section.

is this something new? It worked fine in ASPRunner 6.3

No, it's not new. It were always required and works the same way it used to work.
If ASPJpeg is installed and working probably something is wrong with this specific image file and ASPJpeg cannot handle it. Try some other image just in case.
