Good morning all,
Database table PartsPrice
Partno,Desc,DL,LL
Main Table
Logno,DateIn,Item1,Item1d,Item1q,Item1d,Item1l,ItemTot1 > Item17,Item17d,Item17q,Item17d,Item17l,ItemTot17,DateRecv,Transferno
The lookup fields :
Item 1 Checkbox list with 1 Value.
Item1D Lookup table PartsPrice.dbo : Link field Desc : Display Filed Desc : This dropdown is dependend on Ticked : Category Control Item1 : Category Field Partno

(Save setup for the Item1p and Item1l fields)
I have a depended lookup PartsPrice with the following

  1. Item1 , Item1d , Item1q , Item1p , Item1l , ItemTot1
  2. Item2 , Item2d , Item2q , Item2p , Item2l , ItemTot2
  3. Item3 , Item3d , Item3q , Item3p , Item3l , ItemTot3
  4. Item4 , Item4d , Item4q , Item4p , Item4l , ItemTot4
  5. Item5 , Item5d , Item5q , Item5p , Item5l , ItemTot5
    Item1 to seventeen is set up as a checkbox list with 1 value. When this value is selected the Itemd,Itemp,ItemL is populated.
    I have seventeen lines set up to do this. When on the form in Edit mode each line is selected and the field populated automatically.
    When i click save on the edit page all the field information for the 17 lines is saved
    When opening the record again in Edit mode Items 1 to 8 all fields saved and displays saved values.
    From Item 9 to 17 only the Item and Itemd fields is saved and displayed.
    This is only related to the dependend lookup lines as other text and date fields is saved and displayed succesfully on opening record again in edit mode.
    I would appreciate and help and assistance.

I'm not 100% sure I understand what's the issue there. Probably it would be easier to decipher once I see your application in action.
I would ask you to post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.

Can i just upload the application for assitance or do I have to pay for support first ?
I Think it could possibly be a bug in asprunner as I have recreated the problem in diff applications written in asprunner.
The problens seems to show itself if you have more than 8 lines on the form with 6 fields per line.
Efater edititing the form and using the dpenedend lookups to fill the fields all field are saved succesfully up to line 8.
After that the first two filed are saved and now the next two fields. The last filed on the line a calculated result is saved.
I have made screen shots to illustrate the problem.
I posted it on the forum hoping to get help.
