Regarding the Fields Order and Totals Page, the manual says "To change fields order on specific page make this field or several fields (hold Ctrl key while choosing) selected and click the Up/Down buttons to move it up or down. Also you can use Drag & Drop to move fields.
I'm not able to select more than one field to move at a time - even while holding the Ctrl key?
