Password Reminder Problem

I can't seem to get the password reminder feature working on my project. I enter all the SMTP info for never get the email. Any suggestions?

Check SMTP server settings. Make sure emails are not caught by spam filter.
If nothing helps post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
