Dynamic Security - Assign User to Group Page Event

Hi,
I am using Dynamic Security option. When an Administrator assigns a User to a Group, at that time, I want to update a record in some other table (based on Administrator assigning User to a Group).
But, in Events Editor, I could not find Events associted with "Assign User to Group" page. Please suggest, where can I write script that can read the activity on "Assign User to Group" page and can take action accordingly.
