Just in case - if you need assistance from support team post your project to Demo Account open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
I'm not quite sure if this can be resolved without seeing the actual application and data.
