Combine 2 version with one database

Hi,

i created a library database using Microsoft Access and i want to create two different version of the database and use them as one database file

1. For public view with read permision (view only access)
   
2. For admin access with Edit, delete and view options.
   I need to share both version to one single database so that i wont have to do double the work in editing the database
   Any help will be greatly appreciated.
