404 Not Found error Help

Hi there,
I am getting the following error when someone tries to submit the record. It works fine most of the time without error but the error comes sometimes.



Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /termpaper_add.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Please help me out.

It looks like something is not configured properly on your web server. Hard to tell what exactly. I would suggest to contact your web hosting support team with this error message.
Also I can recommend to post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
