Problem displaying child in popup view

I am having 2 problems with displaying child in a pop view using phprunner;

1. The Display record is taking over the whole screen and I can't click on the link table
   
2. Using chrome browser if the record is present, normaly when the display view is large if I click on the link it doesn't open the link record. This doesn't happen using firefox
   

Is there a way I can position the popup view to the right side so as to make the link visible?
