Hello forum,
I have a website database that I need to have completed.
The original PHP programmer left the country and did not finish the project.
He used PHPRunner to create everything, but now I need to have someone else complete the job.
Can this be done without the original "Project Files" and if yes, how can this be accomplished.
I am a novice, so I would need step-by-step instructions or I could pay someone who knows PHPRunner,understands the situation and can complete the database functions.
