Edit problem

hi again
i have a table with Items
Serial No

Item Code

item name

Unit

Qty
In hear first time want to edit Unit and Qty
but if the Item Code AA01 only edit will allow to the Qty
can u plz tell me how to do this
plz give me a sample code for this
