Bulk SMS using phprunner

i'm creating bulk sms application using phprunner, actually everything deal with database tables working fine but i need now to add my code to send sms, i want add sendSMS() function, javascript sms char. counter, language validation, button like add and edit to send sms to selected field.. etc i lost the way and don't know f there is anyway n phprunner to do this options or i'm wasting my time ?!!
