I am receiving the following error when adding a record:

I have this table linked to another table (End Items). I enter what parts are needed for that end item in the parts table.
I only receive this error when not filling out all the fields. I do not have any of the fields required, but it acts like I do. When I enter something in ALL the fields, I do not receive this error.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
