How Do I Send An Email To Selected Records On List Page?

I've searched but haven't found the answer to my problem. I'm new to this, so please excuse me if I ask what seems like obvious questions. I'm using APSRunner Pro 6.3
I want to search for a particular field value and then email those people who appear on the resulting list page. For example, I want to search for all member with a Student_Type = "High School" and then send them an email. The subject and body of the email will vary, depending on the situation. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance for your help & suggestions.
