Anybody got a working solution for asprunner to send image in html email ?

You are going to use a third party email component for this job like ASPEmail.

Would this be avail in new version ? Can Icon be used in the menu builder ?

No,
this won't be available in new version. I recommend to use images hosted somewhere on the web server i.e.

<img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=57795&image=1&table=forumreplies'>;
Menu icons are not available as well.
