Hi~
All projects use Chinese, big5 character set, but a problem happens.

Three words cannot show up on browser, 許, 功, 蓋.

I found it that the problem only happens at dependent ddlb.

Pls see the 2 shots, first one is able to display "功" - one-tier selection.

First Shot

However, the other of right side cannot exhibits "功".

Second Shot

Second shot is to show address while user chooses a customer.
This problem is very emergent to solve because this is our order system.

By the way, it didn't happen with PHPR5.1 or PHPR5.0, and we can't change our db into Utf8.
