Where to put my built php files (Output)?

I successfully built a set of PHPrunner files in a local folder on my desktop. I have no issue with FTPing to my web host, but I can't figure out where I am supposed to put the files on the host. I have created a MySQL database of course, and I have an assigned username/password to the database, but where does the PHPrunner code go? The documentation doesn't make this clear? Must I create a PHPrunner directory somewhere on the host?

Hi,
you may put PHPRunner generated files anywhere within Web-accessible area of your server. It's good idea to create a direсtory for PHPRunner files to avoid mixing them with other files on your webserver.
