 Web reports Woes

When trying to create a web report or chart, the custom sql button is missing and the once I click the sql query button (not custom button) I get a black light box with "null" in the upper left hand corner. There for I can not create any custom reports or charts via the web reports within the Enterprise edition of phprunner. any help would be greatly appreaciated. thank you.

As a first make sure you have the latest version of both PHPRunner and web reports and web reports module is properly installed.
If this doesn't help post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
