Prevent a full list for users !

Hello,
Is there a way to prevent the users to have a full list in PHPR 5.3 ?
For example, I want to prevent :

mytable_list.php

mytable_list.php?a=return ...
and only allow lists with a search option like :

mytable_list.php?&type1=&value11=801-249-SQEJ&field1=SalonID2&option1=Contains
