How to send one email which include all update record ?

Hello ,
we process a lots data in the Access.mdb via the Asprunner pro 6.3,

and everytime per record be update , it will send e-mail to my boss,

so,if there are 100 records be updated , is means my boss will get 100 email at the same time .

so is it possible let the system auto send one email that include all records updated in 4 hours.
Does any one can provide me a solution to fix this problem ?
