Im using "request tracker". howver as my document database is being made with phprunner, Id like a simple ticket system with phprunner.
Do you have any ticket template ? Or what system do you use on your own phprunner.com site? I think such a thing would be very usefull to add in your templates. any user on this forum have developped a ticket tool for following customers request? As a matter of fact my use is for my own personnal ingoing outgoing mail : I need to be able to track mail I wrote (especially registered mail to administration ) and reply I get if I get any reply and even something like a reminder to tell me I didnt get a response. I could manage to pay few bucks if anyone can show me a simple system like that .
