Global Page Settings & QR Code Generation and..

Hi!

1. I would like to see the ability to add a global line that would be added to each page. For example if you wanted to add FavIcon to your project.
   
2. Incorporate QR Code Generation ie http://phpqrcode.sourceforge.net/
   
3. Add an E-Mail Option Next to Print Option
   A couple of ideas to make a great program even greater!
