error Couldn't find element m_strHead

I just tried to build a project and got this error
C:\Program Files\PHPRunner5.3\source\include/query.php(1) - Couldn't find element m_strHead.
I believe i started this in php runner 5.1 and am now using 5.3 but didnt get any errors as the project was upgraded.
I see another thread here on this error but the poster is from Columbia and is in Portugese.

Could any one point me in the right direction,

As a first step make sure you run the latest build of PHPRunner (http://xlinesoft.com/download). If this doesn't help contact support directly sending your project for investigation.
