security and login

I am wanting to use the "hardcoded username and password" for my website. Since only one person will login and put in information. HOWEVER, I want to have many pages that are open to guest that do not require a login. There is no need for a table to have usernames and logins. But there is no option for this, because if I use the hardcoded username and password, it does not allow me to have guest or to tell it what pages the guest can see.
Is it possible in the next version to allow for this option. 99% of the time when I build a website for someone, this is the situation.
