Problemas con el menu

Tengo un proyecto en phprunner 5.2 lo he pasado a versión 5.3. Ahora cuando añdo nuevas tablas al proyecto y quiero presentarlas en el menu, me aparecen en el editor, pero cuando genero el código del proyecto, no me aparecen esas tablas en el menu generado.
He regenerado el menu varias veces y sigo sin poder ver esas opciones que no tenia puestas en la versión 5.2.
Creo que debe tener que ver con alguna información que queda almacenada a nivel del proyecto y que no se regenera en la versión 5.3.

I think this is what he is saying in English:
I have a project from PHPRunner 5.2 that I have updated to version 5.3. Now when I add new tables to the project and want to show these in the menu, which I can see in the PHPRunner editor, when I generate the code for the project, these tables don't appear in the menu in the browser.
I have regenerated the menu several times and I still can not see those menu options (the new tables) which I have added since version 5.2.
I think it must have something to do with some information that is stored at the project level and does not regenerate in version 5.3.

Hola, teclea en tu navegador la liga a esas tablas, por ejemplo. http://localhost/miproyecto/nueva_tabla_list.php, esto para descartar que sea cuestion de permisos por los cuales no puedas verlos en el menu.
