H hockee2001 author Is there any way to restrict the type of file that can be attached? I have an Access database and using ASPRunnerPro6.2 - and I want people to attach files to records added, but there are certain file types I do not want attached (i.e. I WANT .txt, .pdf, .doc, and .jpg but do NOT WANT .htm, .xls, .ppt or .bmp). Is there any way to make sure that a files of specific formats cannot be attached, or at least provide a pop-up error message indicating that you are trying to attach a file that is not an acceptable format type?
