I am discovering that in the Tables work area if I set up a Master-details relationship between two tables that when I come back to them later and click the little button, select ADD TABLE RELATIONSHIP that I have to then scroll down through all my tables in the "detail" right side dropdown, select that table again, and THEN I see what was the last relationship and various view and link options that I had set up for that Master-detail view. Over and over.
Shouldn't clicking on that button give me a VIEW SETTINGS option all by itself? So that I see everything that I applied during the project as quick reference to verify that the settings are as I remembered or intended?

Sorry, I don't find a "relationships line" that I can click on to get the relationships.
When I am in the Tables view I click on the black button and get five choices. None of them give me the Relationships.
The closest I can get is "ADD Table Relations". When this pops up it does not show me my current setup and preferences. It is at the default and does not show the settings I have selected for the detail record. To get those settings I have to manually select the intended detail table from the dropdown.
I have been all over this section and I do not find the "relationship line" that will give me the settings by double-clicking. Could you give more information, please?
I want to be able to double-check my current settings for each master-detail relationship and there is no such "relationship line" that I can intuitively find.
I am looking for choice that offers me "Current Table Relationships" as a status check and if it is available with your instructions I still do not see it.

Once you created a relationship there a two pixel wide line that connects those tables on the diagram. Double-click or right-click on this line.
