Hi,
When a user logs on and then uses the Any Field option in the Search option on a list page, all records are displayed, not just the current user's records. It does not happen for any of the other choices. How can I rectify this or remove this option from the options.

please re-download update where this issue was fixed:

Many thanks for the reply.
I downloaded the latest version and rebuilt the pages.
I replaced the list page and the 3 include files aspfunctions, variables, dbconnection on my website, but the error still occurs - is there any other files I have to replace?
I do not wish to rebuild the whole site as I have made many changes.

Julie,
make sure you are not using templates created by previous version. This fix affects list.asp page only.

Hi again,
Thanks for your help Sergey.
I have rebuilt the pages, totally seperate and the Any Field works well.
I am going to try rebuilding all and copying and pasting the files I have changed over the newly built ones. I think this will work well.
