A amuro author Hi~ Why admin user can't add other users' data? The error is duplicate key entry '2009-S046' for key 'PRIMARY'. Admin whose id is S046 inputs 2009 and S036. Thanks

	Looks like incorrect key column selection. Hard to tell without seeing the actual setup.
