Freeze when opening an existing project

When opening an existing Project, phprunner 5.3 (Build 7113) freezes often on the datasource table pages (see picture below). The project uses phprunner.php in order to access a mysql database. When freezing the CPU-Load of phprunner increases and I have to kill the application. Is there a work around?
