can I setting position of the tooltip message?

Hi,
unfortunately it's not possible to change position of the tooltips in PHPRunner.

As workaround you can open and edit initToolTip function in the PHPRunner5.3/source/include/common/runnerJS/Control.js file manually to change position of the tooltips.
