No confirmation of new record was added

Hi
After the new record was added successfully it reterns just the same blank add Form without any message that the record was added successfully.The result: User often fulfill the Form and resend it once, two or more times, without to know whether they have send the record or not.It is easy to understand how many problems it creates.

Somebody helps may be to add a event code???? Thanks
