I need to create a searchable phone book that is in a read only format for our users, as we have so many variables I will need them to select the items from a drop down list. How can I do this without letting the users edit the information? Thanks very much!
Hi, to use dropdown list on the Advanced search page you need to set Edit as - Lookup wizardtype for necessary field. To do this proceed to Step 8 - Formattingin ASPRunner. To set readonly format for your phone book don't check Editand Add newcheckboxes on the Step7-Key column tab in ASPRunner.
