Add/edit checkbox image broken on list page

I think I've come across an error with check box field that I have on a list page after a record is updated using the add/edit pop up feature. When the pop up box closes after saving, the check box images on the list page are then broken and the check boxes that have been updated do not show up in the list, just a "broken" image
I've tested this in Firefox/Chrome and IE8. and the problem occurs in all three.
This is a project originally created in 5.2
