Hi,

I'm having trouble with the inline edit. I have included a field called "comment" in a table called "customer". I don't have the field "comment" visible on the customer_add.php page. However I do have it visible on the customer_edit.php page. I don't want customers who add their details on the customer_add.php to have see the "comment" field. That field is me to add comment to later.

The issue is that I can't then edit the "comment" field in the customer_edit.php page or the inline edit or edit record essentially. I can see the field "comment" but I can't edit it. I can edit every other field. I can edit the "comment" field in Myphpadmin however.
I've tried the field type as text, mediumtext and varchar but I can't edit it on the customer_add.php page. Any thoughts on how I can get it that field to edit. I'll also add it was editable when I had the "comment" field was on both the customer_add.php and customer_edit.php pages.
Any thoughts?

Hard to tell what might be wrong without seeing your application.
You need to post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
