header.php in PHP runner 5.0

I was trying to create a new template in PHP runner 5.0

However the visual editor shows error "{include_if_exists file= /include/header.php}". I have placed header.php in the include folder.Is there any other file changes I need to do?

As a first step you need to make sure you use the latest build of PHPRunner 5.0. You need to contact support directly in this regard.
