Pro needed

Hello.
Is there a spot to go within this forum (or elsewhere) where I can post a job request for professional development of a small phprunner or asprunner (.NET) project. I'm only moderately skilled at phprunner. And while my project is indeed relatively small, I've already devoted too much learning time and just need to get it done. If there is a common place where such opportunities are posted and considered, would you please share?
